PS - Replacement Process

Replacement Process:

The replacement process starts with a technical visit to validate if the HW is misused or not 

For non-misused HW's, it follows the below: 

• Sunmi Printer & iMin Devices & Cash Drawer & Kiosk
  The duration of warranty to be eligible for replacement = Two years from date of selling.

The duration of the printer warranty to be eligible for replacement = Two years from date of selling.

• CDS old iMin vs New CDS Falcon iMin Replacement
  They are not eligible to replace each other 

• iPad Device:
  Is the replacement done via authorized distributor 

• Holder and Cash Drawer Keys:
  For Holder Keys -> PS have some spare keys to replace
  For Cash Drawer Keys -> No spare keys, subject to buy additional drawer
