To check if the client has extra amount on their account in SF. and this amount can be allocated into another renewal invoices follow the steps below:
Go to Salesforce
Navigate to the Account level of the client
Open Related Quick Links
Select Payments
Locate the relevant Bank Transfer payment
Check the โBalanceโ column
Balance > 0
This amount is not allocated to any invoice yet
It represents an extra credit amount on the clientโs account
This amount can be allocated to upcoming renewal invoices
Balance = 0
The payment has been fully allocated
No remaining credit is available
