Terminal Intersoft Installation

Do you face difficulties in checking if the client has delays in installation?? 

Follow the steps: 

• on Pay Admin -> Merchant -> Terminal -> check the Installation Request Date 

  • After this date with 2 working days -> The installation should be implemented

    • If 2 working days passed without installing the pay terminal by intersoft 

      • Raise it as Foodics pay Installation Complaint to Pay L2
