Create a new Opportunity with the needed license
The remaining additional amount will be Refunded
*Payment must be within 30 days

The customer pays the remaining difference for the new license
*Require approvals from billing team - Sales will check with them
*Ensure always to state clearly the request details in the escalationÂ
