License Replacement Process 

Replacing from Higher → Lower license amount

Sales expansion will close the current Opportunity as Lost

Create a new Opportunity with the needed license

The remaining additional amount will be Refunded

*Payment must be within 30 days

Replacing from Lower → Higher license amount

Sales expansion will close the current Opportunity as Lost

Create a new Opportunity with the needed license

The customer pays the remaining difference for the new license

*Require approvals from billing team - Sales will check with them

*Ensure always to state clearly the request details in the escalation 

*Remember, we have pricing list sheet.
