When the contract will end?
Go to Salesforce
Navigate to the client Account
Open Subscriptions
Review the list of subscriptions displayed
You will be able to see:
Branch name
Product name
Subscription status (Active / Expired)
Subscription start date
Subscription end date
Billing frequency (Monthly / Annual)
The Subscription End Date column indicates when the contract for that product and branch ends.
If the Status is:
Active → The subscription is currently valid
Expired → The subscription has already ended
A single client may have multiple subscriptions across:
Different products
Different branches
Different billing frequencies
Always verify the specific branch and product the client is inquiring about.
