How to check if the Foodics pay agreement is signed or not?

Option number 1:

• SF ->

• Account ->

• Opportunity ->

• Chatter

  • Check if x Pay, y CDS is added in the chatter

    • If added -> Yes

Option Number 2:

• SF ->

• Account ->

• Opportunity ->

• Quote

  • Check if x Pay, y CDS is added in the chatter

    • If added -> Yes

** Remember: If you did not find in the chatter of the opportunity (Go to Quotes -> Check the chatter with same steps) {Option 2} 

 Option Number 3:

• Opportunity ->

• File

  • Check the Foodics pay agreement FIle

    • Scroll down and check if the customer signed or not

 Option Number 4:

• Opportunity ->

• Quote ->

• File

  • Check the Foodics pay agreement FIle

    • Scroll down and check if the customer signed or not

**Remember: if you did not find file in Opportunity (Go to Quote -> Files) and check with same steps {Option Number 4}
