Activation Process:
Pay at Table is a feature in Foodics Restaurant Management System (RMS) that allows customers to pay their restaurant bill directly from their table using a mobile device or tablet.
1. Click Manage.
2. Click More.
3. Click Pay at Table.
4. Click Activate.
5. Enter the following information:
- Contact Name: enter your name.
- Email: enter your email.
- Phone number: enter your mobile number.
- Click on "I agree to terms and conditions" and read the terms, then check the box.
6. Click Activate.
After that, Foodics pay team will send the customers a form requesting all the information necessary to activate the Foodics pay service so that the customers can receive the money through the settlement process.
Note: The Pay at Table feature CANNOT be used until the eKYC form is completed and approved.
Activation process Possible issues & Solution:
Client claims that he has yet to receive the SMS for KYC to activate Pay at Table
Collect the client information and the phone number used in the application and raise it to Pay L1
Client claims he has received the SMS approval but the website is not updated
Collect client information and account number, and raise it to RMS escalations with screenshots of the console including CTRL+SHIFT+J Screenshots as well.
Pay at table option is missing completely.
      First, check the account, does the client have tables activated? If not, he requires them.
      If a client has a table in his account and has configured them but the pay at table is still missing, then collect client information and account number, and raise it to RMS  escalations with screenshots of the console including CTRL+SHIFT+J Screenshots as well.
4. Client does not see Pay at Table option in his console even though he does have table.
  This is likely due to the add-on not being activated on his account. We will need to raise a request to their CS to enable the add-on for the client on their profile and once enable the client can go ahead and go through the activation process.Â
You can verify if the client has the addon by checking the Foodics Accounts website.Â
