LICENSES ARE AUTOMATICALLY CREATED AFTER CLOSED WON, REGARDLESS OF THE ORDER START DATE
Please review the updates below on when exactly the license is created:
 1. License Creation Freeze (Daily)
 04:30 PM — 03:00 AM
During this time window, no licenses will be created — neither manually nor via batch automation.
 2. New Automated Batch Schedule
To optimize system performance, licenses will now auto-generate at:
 03:00 AM
 09:00 AM
 01:00 PM
 04:30 PM
e.g if the opportunity closed won at 11 AM ->> It will be activated on the 1:00 PM batch
 3. Manual License Creation Access Removed
All manual creation permissions have been revoked for users who previously had access.
This ensures consistency and prevents system overloads.
 4. Urgent Cases — What To Do?
If a license fails to generate in the batch and the request is urgent, you may create an internal SF ticket. by the macroÂ

 The CRM team will assist only during working hours (09:00 AM – 04:30 PM).
 No manual license edits or creation — even by the CRM team — will be possible between 04:30 PM and 03:00 AM.
HOW TO CHECK WHEN THE CLOSED WON?
SF -> Account Level -> Opportunity Level -> Opportunity Field History -> Check the Data and Time of the New Value (Closed Won)
