What is our settlement SLA?Â
The settlement time for transactions processed through Foodics Pay is as follows:
If the device is Foodics Pay, CDS, Waiter, or Foodics one
Mada and International payment methods (such as Visa/Master) Transactions: Within 24 hours from the reconciliation process to settle in your bank account.
If the transactions were in Foodics online, Pay at Table, or Call center payment
Mada Transactions: Within 48 hours from the transaction time to settle in your bank account.
International payment Transactions (such as Visa/Master): Within 3 days from the transaction time to settle in your bank account.
Note:Â
What about 2 days for Mada and 5 for Visa?Â
It is not true to tell the customer about this SLA as it is old and not based on real SLA.
What will we consider the customer ticket if they breached the above SLA?Â
It will be considered as a Delayed transfer (Complaint).
Ex:- If a customer recon their terminal, where it takes more than 24 hours and 1 millisecond, we will conclude that this is complaint delayed transfer.Â
How can we calculate the SLA?Â
Consider the reconciliation date, not the payment date.Â
The payment is only a group of transactions regarding their date.Â
