FAQ:

What is BUY NOW PAY LATER? 

To put it simply, the client can obtain devices, addons, licenses, etc immediately and pays later (or even current subscription). No installments, no upfront costs.

What is the catch? How does pay later work exactly? 

Clients who want to enroll must have a pay subscription as well. It will be included part of the package for new clients. Old existing clients that are not pay members will have to sign up with pay to qualify. A small % will be deducted from the pay transactions daily until the full amount is covered and they will have to sign a promissory note (سند امر).

Who Qualifies? 

New and Existing Clients in KSA only.

Do they need a new device/license/etc to sign up?  

No, they can allow even the current subscription be part of BUY NOW PAY LATER.

What to do if a client wants to enroll?  

New leads or Expansion -> Sales Form and select the campaign BUY NOW PAY LATER.

Existing clients that want to change their payment to BUY NOW PAY LATER -> Raise a ticket to the CS informing them of the request.
