Delivering HW's (Shipping) FAQ

How to check when the HW's will be received? 

• SF ->

• Account ->

• Opportunity ->

• Work Order ->

• Shipping (Click on the number)

  • Check when it was completed (Completed = The shipment got out from the Warehouse) It does NOT mean that it was received by the customer

    • Riyadh = 1 working day from the completed

    • Any other city = 3 working days from the completed

Based on the above example:

It was completed in 1 August 2024

The client City is Tabuk

Therefore, the client will receive the shipment from SMSA at 4 August 2024 (3 days after 1 August)

*Remember if the customer is in Riyadh (1 day after 1 August)
