1- I buy my item in Cartoons and use them in the products in ML the cartoon has 20 pieces and each piece has 180 ML what is the Storage Unit and Ingerdint Unit and Storage to Ingredient
The storage unit is Cartoon
Ingredient unit is ML
Storage unit to Ingredient unit is 3600
2- I can't delete the item with an error message " can not delete product item" why?
It is a stock product, you cannot delete it from inventory items
 you should go to menu-products-delete
3- List all reasons why the product is not shown in the cashier?
- You did not sync the data in app
- Product is inactive
- Product is inactive in a branch
- If you use the group , you didn't add the new product in the group
4- List all reasons why the combo is not shown in the cashier?
- You did not sync the data in the app
- One product is inactive
- One product is inactive in a branch
- Combo is inactive

- If you use the group, you didn't add the new combo in the group
- Empty group without options

5- When I choose the payment method Gift Card the system asks me for a code. What is this code?
It is the code that the customer chose when you sold the gift card, like customers number
6- The difference between Groups and Categories?
Groups:
- I can add sub-groups inside the group.
- I can put the same product in many groups
Categories:
- I cannot put a category inside another category
- I cannot put the same product in many categories
7- I can't see the ingredients section inside the product why?
This product is a stock product so it has no ingredient
8- When I exported the product in Excel the category field was empty why?
- When you create the category there is a ref but this reference is not mandatory to fill it so you did not fill the ref when you created the category.
9- I try to create a stock product and I have an error message saying the SKU is used. Why when I have no product or a deleted product with the same SKU why?
you have an inventory item with the same sku, if you would like to use this sku:
- inventory
- items
- change the repeated sku.
10- How can I change the price of the product only in specific branch detailed steps?
- First open console
- go to menu
- go to products
- click on the product that you want
- scroll down and go to custom price and click on select branch
- select the branch and put the price
- sync data in app
11- How can I change the minimum level for an item in a specific branch?
- first open console
- go to inventory
- go to items
- click on the item that you want
- scroll down and go to custom level
- put the values in each level
- sync data in app
12- when I edit the item I want to set or change the ingredient unit but I can't why?
 It is a stock item, so stock items do not have an ingredient unit.
13- To create a combo where I want the customer to buy one Burger and any type of soft drink is free I will use how many groups and sizes inside the combo?
- open console
- go to menu
- click combos
- you will need 2 groups , one for the burger and one for soft drinks
- add all types of burger as options with prices for each one
- add all types of soft drinks as options with a price of zero
- the size will be only one
14- When I try to close the order, an error message appears "unselect required modifier"?
The minimum modifier options in the product is 1 so you must choose an option to close the order.
you can fix this problem by:
- go to console
- menu
- product
- modifier
- change minimum to 0
15- When I want to sell drinks for dine-in, i do not want the cups to decrease from the inventory
- go to console
- menu
- products
- select the required product
- ingredients
- select a cup and remove the dine-in
16- Can I delete a deleted product? If not, then why?
you cannot delete the deleted products.
because you need the deleted product when reviewing the reports for the transactions when you already were using this deleted product.
17- I made one of the products to be out of stock, however I still can add the product in the orders, what should i do to prevent adding this product?
you can use another approach, the product availability in the cashier application will enable you to customize the available quantity of the product. When the product is sold out , you will not be able to add this product.
To do so:
- Cashier application
- Home
- Product availability
- Select the category
- select the product
- Put the availability quantity
18- One of my customers is wondering if his gift card has remaining balance or not? How could I know?
You can know from the console:
- Reports
- Â Business Reports
- Gift cards
- Filter by putting the customer number
19- I want to sell different products for two cashiers in the same branch, how would I do that?
You can do that by establishing two group menus, one for each cashier, and that can be done by:
- go to console
- manage
- devices
- edit device
- menu group
20- I deal with some delivery apps so i want to assign different prices for the same product, how would i do that?
You can create 2 menus with different prices by using the groups , to do this:
- menu
- groups
- Create 1 main groups and create 2 subgroups one for the delivery and another for the local
- add the new products with the prices in the delivery menu
- add the original products in the local menu
