New App Request Escalation Process

1. Escalation Path:

• All new app requests should be escalated to Foodics Online L2.

2. Macro Update:

• The macro for new app requests has been updated. Ensure that these requests are directed to Foodics Online L2, not Ahmed AlFakih.

3. Ticket Naming Convention:

• Titles for new app request tickets should follow this format:
  Business Name - Business ID - New App Development Request

4. Form Completion:

• Verify that the client has completed the necessary form before submitting the request.

• The Form is HERE. Please Download It and send it to the client if he has the Foodics Online App in SF.
