Writing: Students have a bullet list of "5 things I am doing right in English" and a bullet list of "5 things I am not doing right English."

This assignment must be written by hand.

Please do this for the five good things:

  • Start a new bullet list, write a short version of your first bullet (I do my homework.)
  • Make new bullet, write a long, detailed version of the first bullet (At night, when I get home, I do my homework before anything else.)
  • Make new bullet, give an example of the first bullet (We had an assignment to read a story and I read the story.)
  • New bullet, describe obstacles and challenges that get in the way of you succeeding in doing the good thing you do (I am often tempted to play video games when I first get home, but I don't.)

Repeat this pattern for each of the five things on your "Good" list.

Please do this for the five "bad" things:

  • Start a new bullet list, write a short version of your first bullet (I do not get my homework done.)
  • Make new bullet, write a long, detailed version of the first bullet (At night, when I get home, I play video games before anything else.)
  • Make new bullet, give an example of the first bullet (We had an assignment to read a story but I played video games.)
  • Make new bullet, describe one thing that is causing this problem to happen (I have a ton of video games at home.)
  • Make new bullet, describe three ways that his problem could be solved (I could throw away all of my video games--okay, maybe not--, I could wait until my homework is done before I play games, or I could go without video games for a day.)
