WEEK 38 - THE EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIAL BRANCHES!
38th Week of School! This week - students will be learning more about the Executive Branch of the US federal government! Specifically - students will be learning about the extra roles and duties of the Executive Branch and also the Cabinet and Executive Agencies of the Executive Branch! Then - students will be completing content items in the notebook on the Judicial Branch and the courts system! Students should be completing the Final Exam review on previous units too!
Weekly Theme(s) - Students will be completing corresponding notebook assignmetns and tasks within their packets for the final remaining days of class!

SWBAT identify, describe, explain key characteristics and roles of the Cabinet and Executive Agencies of the Executive Branch by taking guided lecture notes.
METHOD:

Video/Qs - Presidential Power Pt 2 - Crash Course Government and Politics - Students will view video and answer questions.
Notes - Executive Agencies and Departments - Students will take guided lecture notes.
Kahoot Review Game! - Students will compete against one another in competitive review game testing their knowledge on key content and key concepts!

Crossword Puzzle - Judical Branch in a Flash! - Students will be able to guess key terms relating to the Judicial Branch by completing a Crossword Puzzle.
Jeopardy Review Game - Students will partake in individual Jeopardy Review Game by guessing answers to questions and recording the anwers in a template accordingly.
