Weekly Theme - This week, students will be preparing for the AP US History examination! They will be doing this by accessing key review materials administered and posted!
Of course - Students will then be taking the Midterm Exam during their allotted test time! Later - students will be focusing on finishing the unit notebook packet on Chapter 14 - And the War Came and then moving into the next unit - Chapter 15 and 16 - Reconstruction and Settling the West!

Chapter 14 Outline - Read/review/mark-up the custom-made outlines you had on Chapter 14 - And the War Came (CAN USE THIS ON EXAM)!
METHOD:
About the Midterm Exam - Comprehensive and Civil War! - This means that content from the entire year will be present and a separate section of Civil War questions will be present as well!

SWBAT identify, evaluate, justify, defend key traits, life story attributes, accomplishments and shortcomings of President Johnson by viewing a video and completing a chart.
SWBAT locate, label, designate key places of importance in Reconstruction era by completing a map.

Notes - Reconstruction - Students will be taking guided lecture notes.
Video/Chart/Decision Points - #17 - President Andrew Johnson - Ultimate Guide to Presidents - Students will view video and complete chart analysis. They will then be analyzing decision points of President answering higher-order thinking questions.
Map - Mapping Reconstruction Zones -Students will use resource to map out Reconstruction Zones.
