14th Week of School! This week - students will be taking a closer look at the United States Constitution! Specifically - students will be delving deeper into Amendments 4-8 - Rights of the Accussed, Amendments 11-27 and constructs of limited government and Federalism!
Weekly Theme(s) - Students will be completing components of lessons and corresponding activities in their new notebooks accordingly! Honors students are reminded that they should be working diligently on their writing prompts progressively throughout the unit!

SWBAT identify, describe and explain key characteristics, traits and controversies surrounding Amendments 4-8 by viewing a video/answering questions and reading scenarios/answering questions.
SWBAT recall key definitions to key vocab. terms by completing a vocab. inquriy challenge on Amendments 1-10.

Video/Qs - Searches and Seizures - Crash Course Government and Politics - Students will view video and answer questions.
Scenarios Reading/Qs - Rights of Accused - Students will read scenarios involving rights of accussed and answer questions.
Vocab. Inquiry Challenge - Pt I - Amendments 1-10 - Students will partake in a review game where they have to decipher key differences between vocab. terms and definitions and pictures.
