Weekly Theme - This week students will be examining more in-depth and analytically the causes, events and impacts of the American Revolution! Specifically - students will be outlining content in chapter 5 of the AP US History textbook on their own and completing corresponding lessons, exercises, tasks in the notebook in and outside of class!
HOMEWORK: CHAPTER 5 OUTLINE DUE: FRIDAY ! (FINISH AND SUBMIT ON GOOGLE CLASSROOM)!

SWBAT identify, describe, explain key characteristics, events and impacts of the Revolutionary War by taking guided lecture notes and viewing a documentary and answering questions.
METHOD:
Warm-Up/Question of the Day!
Timeline - Events that lead to the American Revolution - Students will be completing timeline activity and worksheet in their notebooks on events that lead to American Revolution.
Notes - The American Revolution - Students will be taking guided lecture notes on the American Revolution
Documentary - Revolution! - America the Story of Us! - Students will view documentary and answer questions.

SWBAT identify and describe the lasting legacy and impact of the Revolutionary War by viewing a video and answering questions.
SWBAT read important primary documetns from the era of the Revolutionary War and analyze them via evaluation chart.
SWBAT locate, label, designate key places of importance during during the French/Indian War and Revolutionary War by completing map assignments.
