THEME OF WEEK - IMPACTS OF JACKSONIAN ERA / POLITICS OF SEPARATION!!
WEEK 16 - MANIFEST DESTINY / CREATING CULTURE OF CHANGING LANDS, FACES, EXPECTATIONS / POLITICS OF SEPARATION!
Weekly Theme - This week, students will be analyzing key impacts of the years of 1810-1840 in the Chapter 9 and 10 APUSH Notebook and then moving into the years/units of 1840-1860 in the corresponding chapters - 11, 12 and 13! Topics covered will be Westward Expansion, Changing Lands, Faces, Expectations, Politics of Separation!
Of course - Students will be completing and submitting their APUSH Unit Notebooks on Chapter 9 and 10. There are a few corresponding tasks that must be completed independently prior to submission. Later - a new notebook will be administered on Chapters 11, 12 and 13! Of course - corresponding tasks will be completed accordingly.
HOMEWORK: SKIM READ TAKING SIDES/ COMPLETE CHART ANALYSIS / DEBATE FORUM PRESENTERS - MUST PREP TO DEFEND THEIR SIDE FOR FORUM ON MONDAY!
