Weekly Theme - This week, students will be taking a closer look at content pertaining to the lasting legacies of Jacksonian Era politics and era of mid 1800s reforms.
Of course - Students will be completing more lessons and their corresponding contents within the unit notebook packet on Chapter 9 and 10 - New Industries - New Politics / Democracy in Age of Andrew Jackson! We will be looking at key concept questions, primary documetns and taking sides contents!

SWBAT identify, describe, explain key events, people and impacts of mid 1800s reform movements by viewing a video and answering questions.
SWBAT identify, describe, explain key themes of US History from time period of Era of Good Feelings through Jackosnian Demcoracy by answering key concept questions.
SWBAT locate, label, designate key places of importance in Indian Removal and Trail of Tears by completing a map assignment.
METHOD:

Video/Qs - Reform Movements - Crash Course US History - Students will view video and answer questions.
Chapter 9 and 10 Key Concept Questions - Students will answer higher-order thinking questions on content in Chapter 9 and 10
Map - Mapping Indian Removal - Students will complete map resource on mapping Indian Removal.
