Game Progression
Levels 60-70
Oracle Dungeon
Once you hit base level 60 a new instance, Oracle Dungeon is now available from the instances interface in your More menu.
This is a weekly instance which has five difficulty levels with increased rewards on higher difficulties including:
Poker Card Album - Gives you a random card
Tarot Card Album - Gives you a random card with a chance to pull an Oracle dungeon exclusive card
Nolan Cards and Gram Dust - Used to roll MINI/MVP cards (important)
Enchanting Materials for Headwears
These card albums are a great way to pad your deposits even if you don't get the unlocks. Occasionally you'll roll a card worth a few million but most of the time cards are cheap due to sources like this that just hand out card albums.
Since you receive greater rewards on higher difficulties you really should find a group to carry you through this ASAP. Nolan Cards in particular are a long term endeavor as you need 7500 of them to roll for a single MINI/MVP at the King Poring.
Read up on Oracle Dungeon to learn more about this instance.
A revamp of Oracle Dungeon is coming soon and greatly changes how rewards are earned. I will update this when the changes go live.
Time Rift Challenge Upgrade
A new instance is also available at base level 60, the Morroc Shadow time rift challenge.
This offers level 60 armors that are much stronger than the level 20 versions you've been surviving off until now. You may want to start running this dungeon daily to get these upgrades. If possible try to run the higher difficulty versions as they reward stronger versions of this armor and may even have augments which far surpass the originals.
Note that the Adventure and Warrior modes can drop advanced Armor and Offhand which not only have better stats than the ones dropped from Novice difficulty, but can even roll an augment such as % damage. If you're going to run this try to run on at least Adventure difficulty to get these upgrades.
For a refresher on these dungeons read up on Rift Challenges.
Start Collecting Useful Weapon Cards
In order to push onto tougher mobs you're going to need cards for your weapon. Several weapon cards boost damage against enemies of a certain element, size, or race. These are the backbone of your damage and without them you're probably going to have a very hard time one shotting new monsters.
Thankfully most of these cards are cheap these days costing you about 200-500k each but a couple of size cards are pretty expensive like Minorous so you may want to hold off on buying that one or hoping it drops while farming.
Also, due to how damage is calculated using an element and a race card is often stronger than using two element cards. For example, against orcs two Menblatt Cards (40% to Earth) is weaker than one Menblatt Card (20% to earth) and one Hydra Card (15% to Demi-Human).
Finally, don't break the bank here if you still don't have your +10 weapon. Don't buy these until you need them. There are lots available on the exchange so just buy them as needed.
Element and Size cards do not affect magic damage! Casters only benefit from Racial cards or ones that increase MINI/MVP damage.
Adventure Rank F
At this point I've obtained enough adventure exp to reach Adventure Level 10 and received a green quest called "Adventure Upgrade - Class F Adventurer". This will send you to the northern part of Prontera City to speak with Kakaro again who will send you to another NPC who has you kill lots of monsters on the sunken ship and ghost ship.
Once these tasks are completed you'll be sent back to Kakaro to turn this in and raise your adventure rank from Scout to rank F.
Speak with the Adventure Skills NPC to see a few new adventure skills and passives such as bag space, Wolf King Perception which shows MVP's on the minimap, and Adventure Skill Socket I which gives you a button to toggle between skill pages. Feel free to buy any of these.

Complete as many dailies as possible
Finish 3 Board Quests
Run up to three of the new level 60 Rift Challenge to upgrade your armors
Work on Adventure Rank in your spare time
Read up on General Farming Tips to better understand buffs, elemental weaknesses, and more
Targets for Daily Combat Time
Goblin Forest (lv 35-39)
Mjolnir Mountains (lv 38-45)
Ant Hell (lv 40-47)
Desert Wolf (lv 53)
Metaller (lv 55)
Payon Cave (lv 61-69)
Minorous (lv 64)
Drops the Minorous Card, worth ~10 mil but is used by most jobs against MINI/MVP in most instances so you may want to farm up a couple here...
Orcs (lv 70+)
These have a lot of health for a new player to take on
I show you exactly how to take these guys on for physical jobs at the bottom of General Farming Tips. The approach is somewhat similar for mages.
Going forward most mobs require specific buffs, cards, and specialized gear until you are much, much stronger, no exceptions!
Keep fighting weaker mobs you can one shot, it will take some time to overcome this hurdle and that's ok!
