List of major cards slotted into weapons that you're probably going to need to level with. ROM 8.0 may give you a big boost but your alts will still need these to succeed if you want them to farm tougher mobs. You'll also consider a few of these (Minorous for many classes) on your boosted character too so take a look.
List of cheap cards to deposit and headwear to craft/deposit for attack unlocks to get your first 150-200 atk/matk.
