Game Progression

Levels 100-110

Housing

By this point you should have a side quest called "New Home's Hope".  This will lead you to the eastern part of Prontera City.  You will need to select the quest to head to this location and need to step into the golden circle of light to get the option to investigate.  Continue along this quest until you reach the NPC Ferrut.

They will ask you for 500,000 zeny to build your home.  They will also offer several quests to gather materials with each quest complete reducing the cost by 100,000 zeny.  If you're impatient just buy the cabin outright, though purchasing the mats off of the exchange and turning in the quest will save you zeny in the longrun.

With housing unlocked you can access this from the More menu by selecting "Home".

Ferrut will also offer follow up quests to expand your home with a garden and a second floor.  You may complete these at your leisure though they won't impact any stat boosts or other feature unlocks, this just provides you with more room to place furniture.

Why Unlock Housing?

Each piece of furniture that you craft provides you with adventure handbook stat bonuses such as attack, mattack, etc.  There are several furniture unlocks that you can craft right now that are extremely cheap.  More furniture can be unlocked by progressing through various quests and content, as well as donating golden applies and bushels to furniture NPC's in each region.

You can buy blueprints for this furniture from the NPC Sif who stands next to Furrur with the "Furniture Store" tag over her head.  You can also donate golden apples to her to increase your home prestige, unlocking more furniture.  Every new furniture you craft gives you one golden apple so you'll unlock all of Prontera's recipes as you craft each blueprint.

Placing furniture in your home also improves your home rating.  This provides you with more bonuses the higher this goes, with a cap of level 10.  Major bonuses include cost reductions for refining and enhancing, pet worker slots, and pet house training just to name a few.  You can view this from the home menu by clicking on the green Rating Info button.

There are some furniture that unlock new features such as a Pet House which grows loyalty for multiple pets simultaneously, a storage cabinet providing more storage slots, target dummies, and more.

For more details on these things read up on Housing.

Time Rift Challenge Upgrade

A new instance is also available at base level 100, the Moonlit Rendezvous time rift challenge.

This offers level 100 accessories that are much stronger than the level 20 versions you've been surviving off until now unless you've bought one off of the exchange.  You may want to start running this dungeon daily to get these upgrades.  Try to run this on at least Adventure difficulty so that these level 100 accessories can drop as they cannot drop on Novice difficulty.

For a refresher on these dungeons read up on Rift Challenges.
