ABC Company is a SPV to manage ABC project, particularly to collect R&D funds for the project.
The R&D funds necessary in four(4) years from 2023.01 to 2026.12 are estimated to be USD($)100 millions.
The company issues 10,000 shares, faceless or minimum face value, and each share represents ABC 100,000T or gold 100g, approximately USD($) 5,000~6,000.
The face value of ABC 1T is gold 0.001g.
All the shares of the company will be sold in capital market in ABC unit, T.
2023 - One(1) thousand shares or ABC 100,000,000T, of which price of 1T will be at least 2.x times higher than its face value, 0.001g.
2024 - Two(2) thousand shares or ABC 200,000,000T, of which price of 1T will be at least 3.x times higher than its face value.
2025 - Three(3) thousand shares or ABC 300,000,000T, of which price of 1T will be at least 4.x times higher than its face value.
2026 - Four(4) thousand shares or ABC 400,000,000T, of which price of 1T will be at least 5.x times higher than its face value.
So, by December, 2026, all the shares of ABC Company, 10,000 shares, will be sold out to capital markets.
Different from ventures, the ABC project will be funded after developments, because of the high risk of the project.
After coding the prototype of ABC system by December, 2022, the development expense will be funded from January, 2023 so on.
After coding the alpha version of ABC system by December, 2023, the development expense will be funded from January, 2024 so on.
After coding the beta version of ABC system by December, 2024, the development expense will be funded from January, 2025 so on.
After coding the commercial version of ABC system by December, 2026, the development expense will be funded from January, 2026 so on.
Readers may curious how to fund development without fund yet raised. The answer is Team Jupeter itself. We ourselves fund the prototype of the system, then raise fund to make up the expense already used in coding the prototype, use that fund to fund the alpha version and so on.
Again, this unusual and extremely conservative approach in fund raising is due to the high risk of the ABC system development. This is to protect investors of the ABC project.
Because the mechanism and intrinsic value of ABC are difficult to grasp by other people than developers and financial workers, the ONE(1) thousand shares, ABC 100,000,000T, to be sold in 2023 will be sold only to software/hardware developers and financial institutions.
The maximum number of ABC an individual can buy each year are 10,000T. As the risk of the ABC project is rather high, we limit investment by individuals. However, financial institutions have no limits as they are professionals who know almost everything about investments.
From January, 2024, other professions than developers may buy ABC, but the quantity to sell per person will be limited.
Each share of ABC company is same to ABC 10,000T, and the face value of ABC 1T is 0.001g in gold. Though the face value of ABC 1T is similar to the face value of a stock, it's not the same.
The number of shares to be sold each year will be divided to 12 equal amounts, and be sold on the first day of every month via competitive bidding. It is sold at the lowest of the exhausting bid prices. For example, assuming the number of ABC to be sold is 100, the highest bidding price of the first 10T is $1 per each, the second 50T is $0.9, the third 50T is $0.8, and the forth 30T is $0.7, then all the 100 ABC are sold at $0.8 per each.
There is floor of bidding prices. For example, 1,000 shares of ABC company will be sold in 2023, that is, 80 shares(= ABC 8,000,000T) per month at the price of at least 2.x times its face value(= gold 0.001g which is KRW(₩)750 on July 1st, 2022). Unsold balances from each month carry over to the next month.
Anyone can buy ABC from January 1st, 2023, but the number of ABC to sell each month is rather limited.
The site or app of ABC company shows data of the number of shares issued, the number of shares sold, the price ABC of each sale, the average price of all ABC sold, the number of ABC to be sold on the next bid date etc. [Figure ] [Figure]
Though ABC Company is to collect money for R&D expenses of ABC, any ABC holder can sell some or all of her ABC anytime. Selling ABC means just change ABC to another fiat currency such as KRW(₩). [Figure ]

When a user subscribe to ABC company, her gitlab account is automatically generated, and her user information is committed and merged to master branch of the company.
The user information is required by Korean law as ABC is a fraction of the share of ABC company. That is, the users are shareholders of ABC company. Initially, the ABC balance of a user is 0. [Figure ]
The user information is automatically converted to the user info of ABC gitlab server. [Figure ]
Every user is assumed to be a contributor of the project, a developer or not.

Though Gitlab already has quite strong security, we added another security method.
In prototype and ABC company, ABC transaction data is protected via private-public key algorithm same to those of blockchains.
From the alpha version of ABC, the quantum encryption is applied to transaction data including digital signatures.
When a subscriber of ABC company buy or sell her ABC, she must sign the contract with her digital key.
Normally, the buyer and seller of ABC is ABC Company. ABC buyers can buy ABC only via bid process on 1st day, every month, but sell anytime to ABC company of which price is the adjusted moving average of all the prices of ABC sold until then. [Figure] [Figure][Figure]
An ABC holder may buy or sell ABC to ABC company or others. For example, Alice may buy some ABC from the ABC company or Bob who is another ABC holder. [Figure ]
All transaction data is merged into the master branch of ABC company with its digital signature.
Though ABC company is not a list company, its shares(= ABC) are to be traded like those of an unlisted company.
If ABC company buys ABC from its holders at the price of the moving average of ABC sold until then. the amount of ABC sales until a point of time is exactly same to the amount of buying all ABC sold until that point of time. That's why we use an adjusted moving average, not just moving average.
On the other hand, the money from selling the shares of ABC company is to be used or expensed for R&D activities of the company, resulting in intangible assets or intellectual assets such as patents.
So, if all the ABC holders want to redeem their ABC to gold or a fiat currency, that is so called bank run.
Furthermore, because ABC company sells ABC at the premium, and the price of ABC increases month by month, the buyers may enjoy significant capital gain or investment income only in a few months. As a result, every ABC holder is inclined to sell her ABC to realize short-term profits.
If ABC holders pursue short-term profits, it must significantly disturb the R&D activities of ABC company.
To prevent short-term speculations by money hunters, we (1) adopted the Development First, Funding Last strategy, (2) buy ABC at a moving average adjusted by 10~20% discount, and (3) always discloses development status clearly and concisely.
[Figure - ABC Investment Summary] shows an example of investment profit data of a user, Alice.
The user has participated in several bids of buying ABC from ABC company, and currently holds 12, 233T(= KRW4,293,783Won).
Her investment until now is KRW 3,070,483Won.
Her average purchasing price per 1T is gold 0.00251g(= KRW 251Won).
Her investment profit until now is gold 6.116500g(=KRW 611,650Won) which is 50% of actual capital gain(= current ABC balance - her investment until now). That is an adjusted moving average of the price history of ABC.
Though her actual invest profit is KRW1,223,300Won, she can realize only half of it if she want to sell some of her ABC balance to ABC company. It's same to preventing sales of stock options for some periods.
However, she can all or more of her investment gains via direct transaction among ABC holders without ABC company. [Figure - ABC Trade]
The price of ABC in ABC Trade is determined by demand and supply in REAL TIME. If there is no ABC to sell, the price goes up step by step every minute. On the contrary, if there is no demand, the price goes down step by step. [Figure - ABC Trade]
When an ABC holder buys or sells her ABC, the conversion between a fiat currency such as KRW and ABC is automatically processed at the backend, and the ABC account shows the results. [Figure - ABC Account]
All the transaction data is committed and merged onto the master branch of ABC company with the signatures of buyers and sellers like those of blockchains.
The sole purpose of ABC company is to prepare launching ABC Bank by the end of 2026. The IPO process of the company is quite different from ordinary companies.
The company sells its 10,000 share or ABC 1 billion T, on every 1st day of every month of every year by 2026, to cover the expenses of ABC development.
The capital of ABC Bank is gold. So, the company should raise gold from 193 nations worldwide.
The quantity of gold raised should be enough for ABC to function as a key currency worldwide, 1,000 tons, which is about 1/9 of the gold reserve of USA.
The company will collect gold from each nation, proportional to the economic size of the nation. Issuing ABC is to collect gold by way of fiat currencies of the 193 nations.
The price of gold 1,000 tons at the end of 2026 is expected to be USD($) 80 to 100 billions(약 100조 원).
The company will issue ABC 1 trillion on the launching date of ABC Bank, proportionally allocating them to all the 193 nations. For example, ABC 20 billion T, 2% of the total issuances, will be sold in South Korea, of which sum of face value is USD($) 1.6 billion(KRW2조 원).
All the capital raised by issuing ABC 1 trillion will be converted to gold, and be kept in the central banks of those 193 nations. For example, USD($) 1.6 billion(KRW2조 원) raised in South Korea is planned to be kept as gold reserve in Bank of Korea.
After completing its mission, ABC company will be merged into the newly established ABC Bank, and the shares of the Company will be changed to those of the Bank, about 1% of the equity of the Bank.
The face value of ABC 1T is gold 0.001g, which is expected to be about KRW ₩100 at the end of 2026. Then, how much will be the market price of ABC 1T on the IPO date of the Bank?
In summary, the market price of ABC 1T is expected to be 50 times higher than its face value. Below are the reasons or bases of expectation, taking South Korea as an example.
The market size of Korean financial industry is about USD($) 200billions(₩264조 원) in 2021. The industry includes 15 commercial banks, secondary financial sectors, stock companies, and insurance companies.
ABC bank is expected to replace current banks, stock companies and so on to SOME extent.
Then, how much is that SOME extent? Frankly speaking, ALL.
Current financial institutions such as banks can NOT compete with ABC Bank because the ABC Bank has no employee, no fixed assets, and no fixed expense.
All the human resources necessary to manage or operate ABC Bank are developers and financial experts, and they are already compensated by ABC shares via the shares of ABC company.
Notice that some of the shares of ABC company is sold in capital markets to make up the R&D expense of ABC, and the others are given to developers as stock options.
The shares of ABC company are converted to about 1% of ABC Bank. So, there is no additional payments to those developers etc.
If ABC Bank replaces all the financial institutions in Korea, the market value of ABC Bank is to be at least USD($) 200billions(₩264조 원).
On the other hand, ABC Bank is NOT JUST a bank. It's (1) a key currency like USD($) for more than 146 BRI nations, (2) a global financial infrastructure including bank, insurance and stock exchange etc., (3) a social system which provides all kinds of governmental services including legislation(입법), justice(사법) and administration(행정), and (4) social infrastructures such as education, transportation, logistics, medical services and housing etc.
50 times of face value is not so irrational, but quite a conservative expectation.
ABC Bank has more than 100 subsidiaries, and the development and establishment of those subsidiaries is also the mission of ABC company.
ABC is designed to be a common social system of BRI nations, and that's why ABC Bank provides all kinds of governmental services of which the detailed specifications are explained in the pages of this directory. Clearly, those functions will enlarge the value of ABC Bank. But, how to sell those functions to BRI nations or else? ABC City is the answer.
On the contrary to the fact that the financial functions of ABC Bank can be applied to all 193 nations because gold is gold all over the world, the governmental services and social infrastructures embedded in ABC can NOT applied to current nations or societies.
Assume the we have developed a very sophisticated FSD(Full Self Driving), can it be applied to the entire Korean cities? absolutely NOT. It should be tested at a limited area for a few years. Various laws and regulations should also be changed, modified, updated or newly established.
ABC is a FSD of all kinds of public services and social functions such as eduction, national health management, markets, energies, housing services, industrial automations etc. It's a social system quite different from those of 193 nations. Even toothbrush and toilet are different, not to mention of courts and city halls.
ABC City is both a subsidiary of ABC Bank and a city to apply all functions of ABC. In addition, ABC City is a sample of cities to be sold to BRI nations, a product of social system.
