An ABC city itself is a company which has several subsidies. Particularly, those are producing goods and services essential to living. An ABC city owns more than 50% of companies working in the city, and it owns equities in the rest 50% companies. In addition, anyone can establish any kind of business in an ABC city in a second.

• The performance of each subsidy is evaluated periodically, and the performance of all the subsidies is reflected on the fair market value of the shares of an ABC city.

• There will be numerous ABC cities over the world, and the value of each will depend on the performance of each.

• All ABC cities will share knowledge, experience and techniques.

• The performance of each ABC city is calculated by comparison with other ABC cities.
