Sharing Economy

1. Summary

Almost everything is shared as sharing is the only way to sustainable earth.

• Most tangible and intangible assets are owned by the city, and the city is owned by its citizens. You may regard an ABC city as a corporation of which equities are shared by citizens.

• It may sound like a socialist system. In fact, all enterprises can be said to be socialist systems. For example, ownership of Samsung Electronics Inc. is shared by shareholders. However, as everyone knows, Samsung is not a socialist company. Unlike socialism, capitalist companies have different degrees of ownership of the company by each shareholder.

• Like Samsung, an ABC city is owned by its shareholders, and the degrees of the ownership a. re different among them.

1. Samsung, Korea and ABC

The Samsung Group is a fairly successful Korean company and its operations are incomparably more efficient than those of Korea. So, wouldn't it be efficient for Samsung to take over Korea and operate it like Samsung's existing subsidiaries? It may be a great idea. Let Samsung rule Korean population as it governs hundreds of thousands of employees.

• Every citizens will have a job most proper to his/her ability and aptitude.

• All citizens get health insurance, housing, food and free education.

• All crimes are investigated and severely punished.

It seems pretty desirable, and a little bit like the Singapore model. Then why not? Any misconduct by management will result in dismissal from shareholders.

ABC is to build the worldwide network of Samsung-like cities where citizens are shareholders.

2. Ownership of City Assets

Samsung's employees do not own any of the company's assets, but those assets are used only by employees. Likewise, citizens of ABC city do not own any of the city's assets, but uses all the assets such as houses, cars, roads, electricities etc.

An ABC city is owned by its shareholders and a citizen may or may not a shareholder.

2. Shared Assets

More than 90% of assets are owned by the city, and the city is owned by people inside or outside the city.

1. ABC City

There will be hundreds or even thousands of ABC cities constructed over the world. The ownership of a ABC city is distributed to its shareholders as the city itself is just a corporation. established on the related law of the nation where it belongs to.

For example, the capital of the ABC Pilot City to be constructed at Jejudo, South Korea is planned to be raised publicly in 2026, and some of the investors are to be citizens of the city. See ABC Pilot City for detail.

2. Cars, Transport Vehicles and Logistics Vehicles

3. Houses

More than 90% of houses are owned by the city, and the rest are private. See ABC Housing for detail.

4. Companies

More than 50% of companies are owned entirely by the city. The city has equity in even the rest 50% of companies. The city owns companies to product the products essential to living such as medical services, educations, housing, food, clothings, wedding and funeral facilities etc.

5. Electronics and Furnitures

The city owns all electronics and furniture within the city. The guests of the hotel own none of the items in the hotel, but enjoy all the benefits the hotel has to offer. ABC City is like a traditional hotel.
