ABC Health

1. Summary

The peculiarity of ABC medical system is that all medical processes are done via the collaboration between human medical staffs and ABC.

The Health Module of ABC(hereinafter, "ABC") is the operating system of the healthcare infrastructure of an ABC city: It manages all the resources for healthcare which include medical staffs, facilities, machines, devices, pharmaceutics, and so on.

• All diagnoses and treatments are recorded by ABC, and kept permanently.

• All diagnoses are based on consensus of human doctors and ABC.

• All prognoses are monitored and traced by ABC.

1. Computer and Infrastructure

A computer is composed of various hardwares such as CPU, GPU, a sound card, a video card, RAM, HDD, communication ports, a main circuit board and so on. And, the operating system installed in the computer controls and drives all those resources. An infrastructure is also composed of various hardwares and softwares. The hardwares includes hospitals, MRI machines, medical stuffs, various devices and materials, medics and so on. And, the software is ABC Health Service, the operating system to manage those hardwares.

A computer operates various programs such as word processors, spreadsheets, graphic programs, web browsers etc. The ABC Health does also. Ou job is to code such various programs to run ABC Health more efficiently.

2. Web and ABC Health

ABC Health is a bloc of the web or a small walled garden, and we are designing that garden.

• All medical facilities, machines, staffs etc.(hereinafter, "entities") have their unique IP addresses and websites.

• All entities have private and public keys, and all communications among them are encrypted.

• All entities use the same database engine such as SQLite and Apache Hadoop.

• All documents are digital and share the same format, and all records are openhashed.

• All websites and pages are in the same design paradigm or philosophy.

Our job is to code that walled web bloc.

3. Citizens and Machines

As shown in ABC Data Vault, every entity(citizens, machines, facilities, legal entities etc.) has its own data vault to which only he/she/it can access.

ABC health is applied to not only citizens, but machines also. Like humans, machines can be sick too. we call it out of order. In fact, a human body is an extremely delicate machine.

Even legal entities and facilities also can be sick. For example, a company can be broken and a house roof can be damaged. We will establish a standardized medical procedure similar to AS9000 or ISO xxx, which can be applied to both human and non human entities.

2. Machines

All machines are networked and share a common database in ABC.

All machines; are linux machines controlled by ABC, and have unique IDs represented by IPv6 addresses.

4. Patients

All treatments are by appointment online.

• ABC determines for patients to visit which hospital, to meet which doctor, to arrive what time and so on.

• Patients owns all the data related to his/her treatments, diagnoses and so on.

• Medical staffs and governmental organizations can access the health data of a patient under his/her permission.
