Openhash is to keep records undamaged and uncorrupted, and is an optimal technology to keep records of intellectual properties(hereinafter, "IP").
First of all, what is IP? especially a patent? A patent is given some exclusive privilege of using the specific technology described in the patent for a defined period. The requirements of a patent is that it must not be known to the public (novelty), development from the past technology must be recognized (progressiveness), and it must have industrial applicability. Among them novelty is the most important as the other two are not so realistic as novelty.
Different from current IP applications, IPs in ABC ecosystem are automatically granted as soon as their creators publish related documents in a designated format.
A creator of an IP writes the content and fills several forms, then publish it. It's similar to the process of publishing documents in Google Docs.
The ABC IP crawler, similar to web crawlers, reads all published IP documents, and stores them in its DB.
The ABC IP analyzer scrutinizes the novelty of each new IP document.
All IP applications are granted IP privileges automatically until someone argues the infringement of his/her/its IP privileges.
When there is an argument of infringement, some predefined procedure starts to settle the dispute.
That's it.
When allegations of intellectual property infringement are raised, the Intellectual Property Committee is convened. A committee is similar to a jury in a court of law and is made up of experts in the related field of knowledge and skills.
The committee determines whether there is infringement or not.
If infringement is confirmed, the committee also determines how much and how long the infringer should pay the compensation to the infringed.
It reads all newly published IP documents, validates formats and archives them in the IP database.
When the creator of an IP document presses "Publish" button, the content and meta data of the document are sent to the crawler.
It determines whether a newly published IP document conforms to the IP filing format.
It determines the novelty of newly published IP documents, using NLP technologies.
