Look at the following pictures. What do you know about the pictures.
Community
refers to a particular class of people.it is a group of people.It is a group of people in the same area and under the same government.
Society
refers to all classes of people.
Upper Class - refers to a group of people in society who are living their life in a good way.
They have all kinds of facilities in their life.
Middle Class - refers to a group of people who may have to face difficulties in terms of money, living and others.
Lower Class - refers to a group of people who have the lowest position in society
They don't have stable job and no permanent residence.
Different Institutions in the Society
Family - the basic unit in the society.
School - It is a place for learning
Government Institutions - they are social institutions who serve our country.
Health Care Institutions - Take care of the health and welfare of the people in the community. Examples are Daycare, Clinics and Hospitals.
Market Institutions - It is where we buy and sell goods.
Religious Organizations
Church - It is a place where people gather together to do their religious activities
Mosque - it is the house of prayer in Islam.
