Proverbs 3:5-8
Trust in the LORD
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the Lord and shun evil.
8 This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones.
When we learn to trust in the LORD with all our hearts, He will bring nourishment and good things to our lives...Our lives will be better and we will live more in wonder, with the Infinite One...And often we will see this through the eyes of others that trust in Him...
We all should trust in the LORD, but God has made each of us different...Each of us have our own desires and pleasures that He individually knows...So God and Jesus know what pleases you and what surprises you, what delights you, and what amazes you...They know what makes you happy...So let us lean on Their Understanding of things and enjoy Them in our lives...By leaning on Their Understanding, it helps us share in world with a Wonderment...
On this subject Priest Brennan Manning wrote, “Dear LORD, grant me the grace of wonder...Surprise me, amaze me, awe me in every crevice of Your universe...Delight me to see how Your Christ plays in ten thousand places, lovely in limbs, and lovely in eyes not His, to the Father through the features of men’s faces...Each day enrapture me with Your marvelous things without number...I do not ask to see the reason for it all; I ask only to share the wonder of it all.”...
