Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
It seems that we make and base a lot of our daily decisions on what we believe and who we trust the most...I believe many of our personal decisions come from our own personal beliefs and our own understanding of things...And we make decisions each and everyday from the understandings we most trust, and often that is ourselves and our families...
I do not know if we think much about trusting in the LORD with all your heart...And I am not sure how much we throughout the days of our lives lean on His understanding, instead of leaning on our own understanding, when we go about making our decisions in life...
So, I believe, it is one thing to believe and have faith in God, and another thing to trust God with your daily decision making and leaning on His understanding instead of our own...
