Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
We must learn to lean on God and trust Him and not our own understanding of things...
Our understanding of all things is limited...God has to be greater than our understanding of things...If He is not, then we know Him just as we know our neighbor...And we would know Him as a neighbor...Therefore, we cannot know Him or else we would be God...This mystery we have in understanding God is what man understands and what God understands...Since He has Complete Understanding and we do not, then we must rely on faith and trust Him with all of our heart...And therefore, we must lean on the understanding of God and His knowledge, and we do that through our faith...
