This is the culminating module for New Venture Development. Teams compile all of their lean startup assumptions, customer personas, solution sketches, "journey maps" (aka "maps), customer discovery interview notes, and feedback on your MVP into a story you tell the rest of the class.
How much value have we as a team built into this idea?
How much more valuable is this opportunity (and by extension your new venture) NOW than it was when you first had the idea?
What opportunities did we find and take advantage of to learn things we didn't know?
What opportunities did we not get that we would have liked to answer more questions?
