In this assignment you will view the business plan presentation video by the venture "Autoshop." This team competed in the UT-Austin MOOT CORP competition in 2002 (MOOT CORP competition is now known as Venture Labs Investment Competition). While it's been a while since they presented, the financial statements, business plan, and video are still relevant to analyzing new ventures. If you are completing this assignment for extra credit you will receive 5 bonus points toward your final grade.

Learning objectives
Students who complete this assignment will gain experience and / or skills in the following areas:
the ability to analyze the different parts of a business plan and isolate the fatal flaws of the plan with regard to the quality of the quality of the idea;
the reasonableness of key milestones;
the congruence of the funding requested to meet each key milestone with the value created for the company by meeting the milestone;
realistic assessment of the assumptions in the financial pro formas;
evaluation of the quality of the plan in terms of the main attributes of an entrepreneurial opportunity: attractiveness, durability, and timeliness, grounded in a product or service that delivers value to a customer constituency.

MGT 387: View the Autoshop video and open this google doc. After opening, click on "file," then "download as" to edit the document on your own device. MGT 481,482,582: View the Autoshop video and read the business plan and pro forma financials. Then open this google doc. Once you've opened it, click on "file," "make a copy," and rename the file with your "name+Autoshop." This will help me recognize it as your work and as the Autoshop assignment.
