First a hound to hunt down the Grail,
now a spell to break a magical bond.

MERLIN :
I never said getting buddy-buddy with humans would be all fun and games.

MERLIN :

How will we break the bond, if the Grail can move through Avalon at will?
MERLIN :
When the veil between worlds is thin, we can force the Grail into a tangible shape and immobilize it.
VIVIANE :
The veil only thins during Samhain.
We’re in February, it’s a bit too late for that.
MERLIN :
But it’s not impossible to recreate those circumstances outside of Samhain.
After all, Avalon has several entry points humans may access.
All we have to do is locate the Grail, and lock it into that in-between.
VIVIANE :

MERLIN :

VIVIANE :
Deducing it’s an item stolen from an ancient god isn’t an easy guess to make.
It’s something only a mage could do, or stand to gain anything from.
MERLIN :
