GIANT :

Since we fled Britain,

we’ve  laid low,

hiding in forests,

eating stolen cattle,

wild animals…

It was humiliating.

When I saw the mount, I realized we’d found a convenient spot.

We took over the place.

But we had to make ourselves scarce.

Memories of the massacre were still too fresh.

We couldn’t afford to draw any attention.

Each visitor was destroyed.

But a few weeks ago…

That thing appeared,

wandering through the bay.

It attacked us before taking shelter on the mount.

Its strength...
...was terrifying.

It was dangerous enough that I chose to use it as little as I could.

But…

You understand that I’ve got no choice now.

ARTHUR :

…Methinks your strategy is very stupid, giant.

You’re willing to sacrifice everything…

Your children, yourself, what you represent,

and for what?

For pointless vengeance.

You’re clinging to a time gone by, a society with no one left to root for you.

You’re fighting over ashes.

PALAMEDES :

What…

DINADAN :

Hide!

PALAMEDES :

What is that thing?!

Din, do you know?!

DINADAN :

It’s…

I saw it in Estrangore.

It’s complicated, but⎯

BEDIVERE :

TAKE COVER!

[ the dragon is intimidated by lionel and takes flight ]

BORS :

Get down here, Galahad⎯

What?

NO!

TRISTAN :

HEY, LOOK AT ME!

Over here, you fiend!

That’s right, eyes on me!

DINADAN :

Stop it!

You have no idea what you’re doing.

TRISTAN :

I’m drawing it towards the walls!

You’ll only have to⎯

( Damn it…

I’m starting…

to feel dizzy… )

AH!

DINADAN :

TRISTAN!

[ wowie cool moment!! ]

DINADAN :

You there, you massive piece of shit…

I really

have had it up to here with you.

GIANT :

…I wasn’t on board with this plan to lead Arthur and his knights to us.

What I think of it doesn’t matter in the end, though.

I have a family.

And it is for their sake

that I’ll stop you from going to help your king.

GAWAIN :

…You want to protect your family, huh?

How funny,

so do I.

ROUND TABLE TRIVIA

Unless they’re a king, a knight rarely owns lodgings of their own, mainly due to their work’s very nature, as they’re frequently led to travel.

Tristan :

No use in having a house I’ll never live in! Especially since I have my own room at my uncle’s. ( Okay, well, I don’t spend that much time there either… )

Each castle or mansion has about fifteen individual quarters that can be rented out and set up to accommodate up to several people.

Percival :

In Camelot, I live in the same set of rooms as my brothers. Aglovale’s always in a state when rent rolls around.

Aglovale :

It’s coming, I know it…

For example, in Camelot, there are seventeen suites that can be rented out.

All of it is managed by Seneschal Kay, which means one has to announce themselves to him.

Kay :

You know what you have to do if you don’t want to end up sleeping with the cattle like last time.

Aglovale :

It was one time nearly ten years ago, Kay. Will you stop tormenting me, you vulture of a man.

While on a quest, knights live with peasants or in inns.

NPC knight :

Or just sleep outside!
