92e ANNÉE: 1918-19
American Tour October 1918 - January 1919

1o Chef d’orchestre: M. André Messager

2o Chef d’orchestre: M. Philippe Gaubert, grand prix de Rome

Note: Not all the players listed actually made the voyage, some having been kept behind owing to the influenza epidemic (Jamet), others called to military duty (Lestringant, Magard). In order to have a full complement of players despite the wartime conditions, the orchestra included many players who were not sociétaires. The violinist Fernandez died of the flu in New York.
