Website aims to help LGBT job seekers find a comfortable workplace A sexual minorities support group has launched a job hunting website, LGBT Shukatsu, to help students discover which employers are proactive on issues specific to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender staff. It includes the names of companies that hold recruitment seminars specifically for LGBT applicants and which offer appropriate in-house training.
