week2
i. I learned that knowing voice of "当事者(toujisya)". It is very important. It because that I can know the current Japanese system and current situation. It was a different perspective from the way I had seen it before. This question raises for me how does one change one's family register abroad.
ii. I think diversity has become more acceptable in recent years. For example, in the 2000s, it became possible to change family registers in Japan. It is said that there are many problem on this law, but we are making more progress than before than before this law was passed. Today, various organizations are working to make more people aware of LGBT(e.g. TRPiii. I think I want to focus on TRP for the rest of Cycle1. And I want to reseach about the efforts of TRP sponsor companies. (e.g. Netflix, Wpc., LOEWE etc)
iii. I think I want to focus on TRP for the rest of Cycle1. And I want to research about the efforts of TRP sponsor companies. (e.g. Netflix, Wpc., LOEWE etc.)There are four questions. What is to be gained by holding the event? (What is it that you cannot in class?)What is the fashion industry doing about it? And what are the effects from them? How can we make the LGBT known from the city center to the rural areas? What can we do after learning about LGBT?

week3
i. I participated in the Rainbow Pride Parade. This was my first time attending such as an event and I learned a lot of things. First, I was surprised to see many different companies as sponsoring this event. Many of the companies which I know(Coca-Cola, Mercari, LOEWE, Tinder, etc.). These are companies that have general recognition. I thought that the participation of these companies as sponsors would spread awareness of this event itself. Second, it means that this considered as a demo(デモ行進). But I think it is also a parade because people participating in this event wear nice costumes and look very happy. I learned that a lot of wishes, and opinions were put into this event.
ii. I think they are becoming more tolerant about LGBT than I had imagined in Japan. It was easy to find a new place and community for diversity and equality. (It is also true that there are still places that are difficult for them to live.)
iii. I am interested in LGBT. I would like to research not only issues such as same-sex marriage, but also its challenges and initiatives based on events that are more familiar to us in our lives. For example, Fashion, makeup and インフルエンサー transmitting about genderless.
week4
i. According to LGBT right in Japan, it is difficult for people who is familiar related with them to accept. In addition, I learned that some people were not able to change their family register to avoid divorce because same-sex marriage is not recognized in Japan. There are a lot of cases and problems about changing family register. In thinking about LGBT, these issues don't ignore. And from research of other's member, I could learn many people of sexual minority think about suicide. This number is more than 50% in youth. This is serious problem. To resolve this problem, I think I need to not only education for youth, but also education for teachers.
ii. The fact that the systems in place by the Japanese government and public institutions are not working well in practice, and that they are sometimes causing suffering for LGBT people. I found it difficult to narrow it down to one answer. It because there are various opinions among the parties involved.
iii. I am focused on find works about LGBT. How many people find job difficult? How big is the gap between the efforts being made by reporters and the actual voices?
What do other countries think about find works for LGBT people? And why not introduce it in Japan?

week5
i. I learned from my research; Japan has many issues about works for LGBT people. While some companies are tolerant of diversity, others are completely unaccepting. In addition to finding the job they want to get, they have to decide at the time of employment whether or not they are tolerant of diversity. However, this problem is the closest and easiest to solve.
From Chisaki, as for the lack of politicians, I have thought it was due to Japan's traditional social system and 風潮. But she said that to improve the situation, efforts on the part of women are also needed. I agree with this opinion. Maybe things can change, not only for woman, but also for minorities if they speak up.
ii. According to LGBT Workplace Stories, many peple have positive feelings about their work in the world. Compared to that, many people in Japan, have negative feelings(According to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare).
iii. I'm interested in the differences in working styles between Japan and other countries. What kinds of things can be a problem when job hunting? What makes a company a place to work for LGBT people? What can we do to help?

・ I learned from Yuika, it might be a quicker solution if the local government tryed these problems. It is because scale of country is very big. It is difficult to solve LGBT issues. Making the original homepage is very effective things such as Yodogawa-ku.
From Yuuka, I learned for the first time that there are many opportunities to experience Ainu culuture in Hokkaido. For me, there is a distance from the Ainu culture. I think this is because the first place to learn about Ainu culture is in elementary school history classes.
From Ryoko, it made me realize that there are habits that encourage patriarchy in places I had not been aware of before. This problem is difficult for me. I think there are many ways a couple can be. However, to prove that they are married couple, 婚姻届を提出すること, and there are many freedoms that come with that.
・Government in movement is necessary in solving LGBT issues. Japan needs an administrative solution.
・I found that it is easier to understand the issues when I compare Japan's policies with those of other countries or consider them in comparison with various regions. (203 words)

From Himika, I have not found that dialects cannot convey meaning of words on 東日本大震災. This earthquake caused many people to evacuate. In such a situation, not being able to communicate with people in their own language was a major cause of anxiety. In addition, there are gaps on a court of law. I feel that few people used dialects in their writing. However, I feel that it would be more effective if signs and posters included the dialects where the dialects are spoken.
From Jane, I learned for the first time that Japan's 育児制度(maternity leave system)is superior from a global perspective. But 十分に育児休暇を取れるような風潮は日本にはない。Even in places such as the National Assembly, it is not possible to take 育児休暇.
There is a common thread about LGBT workplaces that I am researching. National Diet and other national institutions should prepare 育児休暇 and gender related programs. For example, making LGBT communities. If they can't make a good easy to workplace, private sector business can't those systems. まずは国の機関が率先して育児休暇制度やLGBTコミュニティを作る制度、多様性を認める制度を取り入れるべき。However, after listening to Mina's job-hunting story, I felt that state institutions are less tolerant of diversity. From Tom, most しまくとぅば speakers would like to see the language remain. But, I think that language should not be taught in the education(for example, 日本における言語の授業や古典、漢文のような授業). Because if it so, 言語が身に付きにくいから。They should incorporate しまくとぅば in their daily lives, as in the signage, and incorporate 体験型の授業(しまくとぅばに触れる授業), not English learning in Japan.
From Toshi, I learned that there are those who want same-sex marriage recognized and those who do not. I realized that it is not a simple matter of recognizing same-sex marriage. In addition, Japan has a particular view of same-sex couples. For example, 腐女子. Same-sex couples should be allowed to exist as a matter of course, as in the United States.
From Chisaki, I learned about the differences in the treatment of women in society, especially in comparison with New Zealand. I think the reason why gender bias has not disappearesd is because of 家父長制 in Japan.
It is important for all topics to experience when we were young and values. In addition, it is important for each other to act. (変えたいと思っている人と、変えることのできる政府や会社など、双方が変わることが大切。)(292 words)
