I am interested in children institute. When I was elementary school student, I watched an drama, “明日ママがいない”. This drama was about children institution. I learned that living in institution children around the same age can’t live together with their parents for various reasons. Also, I have not seriously considered any solutions until now after seeing that drama. When I considered “a society that is easy to live in for everyone” in Research Cycle 1, I found that “experiences from childhood are important”. From this, I wanted to investigate the living environment, especially in childhood.
I have known already that they may be looked at in a special way as children in institution. There are various prejudices. In the drama, there were many scenes of being bullied and being told terrible things. As employment and other issues, financial issues are in major concern.
Difficulties that children raised in children raised in institution have when job hunting. What kind of jobs do they get? What kind of jobs do they get? What kind of support is provided? What difficulties do they face after job hunting? In addition, not only workplace, but also issues that children have and 里親.(207 woords)

I learned that the age to leave the institution was 18, but it turns out that there is a policy in place to raise the age to 22 from disscusion. However, this has no substantive law now. When I examined the employment status of children who grew up in institutions, I found that there is a problem that the timing of employment is delayed due to the difficulty of living on one's own after leaving the institution. In addition, I found that leaving children in institutions is a last resort for child guidance centers. I also learned that it is very important for children to receive love from their parents until they are six years old. In other words, parental presence is important.
I thought that while support at the point of job hunting is important, support at home as the child grows up is also important. I felt that there is not enough support in Japan for those who are in a position to support children.
I would focus on systems that support foster parents. What types of foster parents are there? What is child's need for them? (affection?, Financial support?, A place to stay?) What are some of the initiatives being taken in other countries?(Overseas foster care rates 里親委託率 are high) What makes a child happy? (230 words)

I learned from my research, there are three types of foster parents. 養育里親, 専門里親 and 養子縁組里親. 養育里親 and 里親専門 is not adoption. Their purpose is to return to 実親 in the future. From Himika's research, I learned anyone can change the status quo by speaking up. For example, Edogawa-ku is. The uniform can change jenderless. I think this has encouraged many people. However, Mr. Mike said "girls are easy to choise the pants style, but boys are not easy to choise skart style." I think so, too. I think it is important for us to make jenderless style.
In overseas, celebrities have raised children as foster parents or adoption. But there is no example in Japan. That is where I sense Japan's lack of interest. The fact taht younger children have higher rates of consigment is also a problem in many countries.
I focus on breakdown of people registered as foster parents and system to supporting foster parents. I also research the problem both Japan and the other countries. What kind of people are reggistered foster parents? Can same-sex couples or even one person be a foster parents? Is there system to support foster parents? How can they be used? (223 words)

I learned from my research, same-sex couples can be foster parents. There is no law restricting them, but some municipalities(自治体)do not allow it in some places. The Osaka-city is an LGBT tolerant place. Because it was the first time in Japan that foster parents of same-sex couples were allowed. Couples who are approved as foster parents are happy to know that they are recognized as a family, not as individuals. In addition, they also said the foster care system is not for adults, but for children. It is normal for some children to be sexual minorities. It is important to increase options for those who are not sexual minorities. I learned from Jain, it made me think about the issue of young careers for the first time. I also learned that Iruma-city in Saitama prefecture was the first city to issue an ordinance regarding.
I am looking at percentage of foster care registrations, but I thought it is important that children have many options to choose from.
From this research, I became interested in the rights of children. I would like to research focused labor for children. How many children are forced into child labor? What age do most children work? Are there things we use that involve child labor? (219 words)

I thought from my presentation and discussion, the relationship between same-sex marriage and the foster care system. One of the reasons why same-sex marriages are not recognized is because they cannot raise children. An increase in the number of foster parents for same-sex couples could prove that it is possible to raise a child without a blood relationship. So, it is necessary to know the fact that same-sex couples can become foster parents. We need to increase the number of foster parents. From Ryoko’s research, I learned that technical intern trainees are used as a labor adjustment force. In Japan, there is a tendency to look down on immigrants. As can be seen from MIPEX, they are inferior to other countries in terms of discrimination, education, and political participation. From Toshi, Japan has a law for employment promotion of persons with disabilities. However, they are often given low-paid jobs, such as clerical work or light labor. Is this really a good working society for people with disabilities?
I think the common denominator among the three themes is law. Currently, despite the laws in place, they are not functioning well. The law needs to be reviewed and maintained once again.
I want to distinguish between my opinion and what I know from my research. I also want to incorporate the fact that same-sex marriages are not recognized and that the number of foster parents is small. (238 words)

I learned from our discussions, the nature of foster care may be difficult for children to deposit. The foster care system is a temporary care program for children. The birth parent has the most authority. When your own parents say "no", you have to obey it. In Japan, where diversity is not fully recognized, this may explain why the number of foster parents for same-sex couples has not increased, even though they are allowed to do so. In addition, same-sex marriage is not recognized in Japan. Some said that this is the reason why it is not well known that same-sex couples can become foster parents.
(Common with Jain and Tom)It is important to guarantee the rights of children with disabilities and young careers. Children with disabilities need equal access to education and equal opportunities. Young career children have the right equal education. In addition, they need a place where they can discuss their concerns. I also thought that the foster care system could be diversified to support such children. There is also an "online foster parents" that provides only financial support to foster parents.
I think the fact that it was presented visually and clearly was very good. They used pictures, graphs, and diagrams effectively. I also liked the way they incorporated questions during their presentations. (223 words)
