My last presentation is about LGBT.
I was interested in other socially disadvantaged people .
~Onishi Shuhei's story~
He have various skills and American college degree
But He is struggled to get a job in Japan, because he has a genetic disorder
He said “ Any company don‘t accept me,
and I can‘t do anything by myself.
He not only can‘t live freely, but also
can’t even work.
I think supports from two direction, External and Internal, is needed.
Operating computer with eye tracking.
Because this technology developed people with disabilities can use computer easily

・This law requires companies to employ people with disabilities of all employees.
・Companies to follow this law can get national benefit, the others to be fined
Employment rates have been updated for 16 years
They often do simple office work chores.
Not all of them are able to do the work they want to do.
The mental environment (especially communication )have not kept pare with it.
Through this research I found that people with disabilities are not only unable to live freely, but are also unsatisfied with their work.
If they cannot work enough, they cannot earn enough money to live on, and as a result, they cannot live freely.
So, in order to protect their livelihoods, we must first create a working environment.
