I originally researched the social status of homosexuals and decided to look into people with similarly low social status, so I started researching disabled people's workings.
People with disabilities may have excellent skills, but find it difficult to get a job in Japan
I thought it was wrong that despite having sufficient abilities, people were not given due recognition or freedom to live their lives because of their congenital disability.
I started to think about how we can create equality for all people, including those of such a low social status.

・He has high computer skills. → But He is struggled to get a job in Japan,
・He has a American college degree. because he has a genetic disorder.
He said “ Any company don‘t accept me, and I can‘t do anything by myself.
He not only can‘t live freely, but also can’t even work.
In Japan, there are law to support them in finding employment. This law requires companies to employ people with disabilities.
Companies to follow this law can get national benefit.
But actually people with disabilities they often do simple work , many companies do not meet the ratio , the internal environment and human resources have not kept pare with it.

This is a famous snack from “バターのいとこ” (company that has built a successful business by actively employing people with disabilities)
・This company’s 20 out of 50 employees are people in receipt of employment support.
・They can work with same freedom of attendance.
・Most disable people in this company are mentally or intellectually disable.
Mr.Miyamoto(president of this company) said "They are not people to be supported , but work colleagues."
→A good working environment for all employees regardless of they are disable
By creating a good working environment for them, the company as a whole becomes a better place to work.

Opportunity to learn about each company’s initiatives and interact with the people who work there
Through these studies, I considered that the employment of people with disabilities requires communication between people with disabilities and companies.
The workplace environment that people with disabilities want is not reaching the companies, and the efforts of the companies to employ people with disabilities are not reaching many people with disabilities.
Therefore, it is important to create a place where people with disabilities can learn about the production and activities of companies and find a workplace suitable for them, as well as a place where companies can learn what kind of workplace people with disabilities want.
Activities like the situation in Japan are still few and far between, and such activities need to be actively pursued.
