・Homosexuality is becoming more acceptable to the younger generation , but older generation are still prejudiced.

Reaction of company

The employee can be open their sexual orientation in foreign-affiliated company.

But in large Japanese company , they should disguise their sexual orientation that do not damage the company's image

They want to be accept as nomal humen in society.

～Situation of America～

There are well-developed medias(movies, music, literature, TV drama) of homosexuality.

Homosexuality is accepted socially in America

→We need to be willing to enjoy and develop those media.

Through this research I was able to learn more about the social suffering of gay people.

Not only are they unable to freely fall in love, but they are also treated unfavourably within the company

I thought that we need to continue to look for solutions to make society a little easier for them to live in.
