If you manage a system that is licensed to display active call alerts to the users, you can test the call alerts in the following manner:
1.Create a test extension on the device
2. Navigate to http://<ip-of-your-device>:8082/webapp/agent-info/index.html
3. Log in as your test extensions
4. You can open your browser debug console by pressing F12
4. Place a test phone call to your test extension and confirm that the Call Reference field is populated with a unique call id.
