1.5 systems offers the ability to route outbound calls based on a configured Time Group.
This allows outbound calls to be routed via a Time Group, which has being configured with a start and finish time, and during these times the outbound route will only be available.
Outbound calling:
Firstly ensure that you have configured a time group. The below time group is for working hours between 8am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday.
The above configuration will allow outbound calls to be placed over the Outbound route only between 8am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday.
