Agent Info Alert

The agent info alert pop-up is intended to provide a call centre agent with details about a call in progress, and recently completed calls.

The Agent info popup mechanism is designed to be used in conjunction with other call tracking and recording systems. It is for this purpose that the 'Call Reference'

number is displayed in the current call status information. This reference to the call could be used across many platforms, allowing the associated call recording, or cdr data, to be retrieved via a third party suite using this call reference number.

Accessing the agent info pop-up

individual agents are able to log in to their agent alert pop-up, by logging in with their extension number and voicemail pin at the url:

http://<comx_ip_address>:8081/webapp/agent-info/index.html

Note that a user may experience a short delay the first time they log into this portal, and that an extension featuring no voicemail pin will not be able to access the agent info alert.

Call Status and Call List Displays

When logged into the agent alert portal, a user will see a display similar to the one shown below.

The status of the most recent, or currently active, call is displayed at the top of the screen, whilst the bottom of the screen shows a table of data associated to the 10 most recent calls facilitated by the extension, whether inbound or outbound.
