1. Log into the Comma GUI of the Com.X
2. Select Start and then select Configuration.
3. Select the Hardware Tab.
4. Navigate to the added managed SIP handset and Right click on it.
5. Select Advanced and then select Switchboard
6. The Switchboard Panel for that particular Managed SIP phone will appear. (see screenshot below)
Depending on the make and model of the SIP handset you are using, the number soft keys and DSS keys available to configure will vary.
7. By right clicking on either DSS-1 or SK-1 for example, you can configure a label, line type and extension to each particular BLF keys.
8. Once the relevant BLF keys (DSS & SK) have been set, select Accept.
9. Select Review Apply.
The above configured BLF keys should now appear on the SIP handset itself, once the phone has rebooted. You can also confirm this by accessing the GUI of the SIP handset.
