Revoking a Call Center Analyser License

If the unit being swapped out has been licensed for Call Center Analyser functionality, you may first want to revoke the Call Center Analyser license from the unit, in order to free it up for use on the new device. This can be done from within the Call Center Analyser GUI:

1. Navigate to http://<ip.your.pbx>/asternic/setup-license.php

2.Then select to revoke your license.

3.The activation key will then be free for use on the replacement system.

Purchasing a new Far South Networks Call Center GUI license, e.g. CCA-5GNT-GUI

In order to use the freed up Call Center Analyser License, you need to purchase a new Far South Networks Call Center GUI license, for the new FSN device that will be using the revoked Call Center Analyser License.
