If you have configured a calendar on your Com.X or Wanderbox, you may want to use the calendar to control call flow.
For instance, your customer may be closed on public holidays, and want inbound calls to be sent directly to a voicemail service. In this case, you may want to use a calendar to send calls to a voicemail box if it is a public holiday, but direct calls as normal if it is not.
To associate a calendar to a time condition, first create the calendar. Then select Advanced, Time conditions, and either create a new time condition, or edit an existing one.
Select Calendar Mode rather than Time Group Mode. This will have the condition checking the calendar, rather than a time group, to determine the destination for the call.
The call will be sent to the "Destination Matches" location if there is no event scheduled in the calendar at that time, and to the "Destination non-matches" destination if there is an event scheduled in the calendar when the call arrives.
