Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans: If you’re not adding/changing benefits, no action is needed on your part. You will be automatically re-enrolled in your current PEHP medical and/or dental benefits. Log in to your PEHP account to verify your current benefits and make changes if needed for the upcoming plan year. While you’re logged in, please verify we have your current contact information.
Flexible Spending Account (FLEX$): If you'd like to participate in a Flexible Spending Account, you must enroll or re-enroll. The Flexible Spending Account DOES NOT auto-renew. You may contribute up to $3,400 in the calendar year 2026. FLEX$ accounts are use-or-lose. You may roll over up to $680 into the new plan year, but anything beyond that is forfeited.

Voluntary Short-Term Disability (The Standard): Coverage automatically renews each year unless it is canceled by the employee during Open Enrollment. Employees can enroll in this benefit anytime, but a late enrollment penalty will apply. Please sign in to the MyBenefitsPlus portal to enroll or cancel this coverage.
STAR HSA Plan Changes: The deductible for the STAR HSA Plan is increasing from $1,650 single and $3,300 double and family to $1,700 single and $3,400 double and family. This change ensures HSA contributions can continue by meeting federal rules.
Traditional Plan Changes: Physical Therapy copays and coinsurance will match the amount charged for primary care. Annual limits still apply.
